Negotiate with the buyer or seller, to attain positive results;
Provide in-depth information and feedback, to enable you to make an educated decision;
Coordinate the many components that are part of a successful real estate transaction;
I am paid for my time. That involves research, counseling with clients, negotiation, communication among the many service providers, necessary to achieve a successful outcome for you, my client. Continuing education is a key responsibility, so I remain current, and informed. I consult with you and negotiate on your behalf. What I bring to the relationship is the differentiating factor.
